What's not to love about Fiona's Hula Hooping Class! I have been hooping for 4 years now - prior to that I hadn't picked up a hoop for nearly 40 years but it didn't matter! Hula hooping is a great fitness class, really works your body and a fantastic way to start the day. Fiona is a great teacher always so positive and she always makes the classes such fun… And I've met some lovely people along the way…

Hula hooping classes with Fiona have transformed my life. After a fall resulting in a back injury 25yrs ago, I had become resigned to daily painkillers. I already did quite a lot of exercise and saw physiotherapists and Chiropractitioners but nothing really helped. A weekly hula class has made so much difference and I hardly need pain killers now.  Try a class!

I joined Fiona’s Hula Hoop classes in the summer and had never hooped before ...She is an inspiring teacher and after only a few weeks I am now hooping and very much enjoying her class. I started hula hooping initially to get fitter - not only did that happen, I lost weight and found a waist!  More importantly than that I found a group that was so welcoming and friendly.  It doesn't matter whether you are a beginner, keep having to pick the hoop up from the floor! or an expert hooper you will have an hour a week where you can forget about work and stresses of daily life and enjoy some 'me' time.

Fiona runs an amazing hoop class on a Wednesday morning and a Monday evening. The classes leave you feeling energised and positive. It's a brilliant workout and great for toning. She is a fantastic instructor and the classes suit all levels of fitness and ability. I thoroughly recommend them, it's the only exercise that you smile the whole way through.

Fiona’s hooping class is fab! It’s fast, fun, fitness enhancing and very friendly. I was not able to hoop before I joined the group, so a complete novice, but that did not matter, the hoop won’t break when you drop it, you just have to pick it up and keep trying. This is the only class I have ever stuck at, all I can say is give it a go, it’s great.

Fiona ensures her hula hooping classes are easily accessible and a regular invaluable feature in my week. I have very much enjoyed her amicable interaction and motivational exercise techniques for almost 5 years ... a testament indeed & I haven’t even mentioned the benefits to my back health/core strength.
